Well-appointed room and affable staff from Javier the manager. Lots of facilities such as: a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. Good location on the Bay of Banderas.

The room was kept very clean and available with refrigerator and nice toiletries and great aircon. The location of the hotel was central, so close to the restaurants and kids area and the Bay. Furthermore, in the bistro which was a la carte.
The bed was a little lumpy, that's sad thing.

Such wonderful experience there. Well-appointed rooms with kitchen and microwave and fantastic view, amicable staff. Simple check-in, late check-out. Particularly good location between the shopping malls of N and easy access to shopping malls and convenience stores. Pizza, salads, soup, and sandwiches at the swim-up bar.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was perfect, right on the beach and not far from the marina or the airport. The staff was friendly and provided exceptional service. The breakfast options were delicious, and I enjoyed starting my day with a satisfying meal.
